  • Address the underlying cause of specific health conditions including digestive disorders, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, skin conditions, allergies, sleep disorders, and chronic pain. Many of my clients have more than one condition (e.g., diabetes and heart disease or obesity and arthritis).

    Utilizing medical nutrition therapy goes beyond addressing specific conditions; it involves personalized nutrition interventions to enhance overall wellbeing. The aim is to enrich your comprehension of how nutrition plays a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing your overall health.

  • I work with clients who have a broad range of health issues. I have an extensive background in fitness and lifestyle coaching and love working with clients who seek to lower their stress levels, increase sport performance, prevent future health problems, and enhance overall wellbeing.

  • I rely on well-conducted and peer-reviewed scientific studies to inform my understanding of the impact of various foods, nutrients, and dietary patterns on your health.

    I use the rigorous training from my Masters program combined with 15 years across hundreds of clients to inform treatment protocols.

  • We’ll discuss your health goals, information about your lifestyle, and dietary preferences. You can share your story, reason for outreach, and what kind of support you’re looking for. From there, we’ll discuss questions you have and next steps. This initial call serves as an opportunity for both of us to determine if there's a good fit for collaboration in achieving your goals.

  • In many cases, no. In accordance with California law, all California-based clients must obtain a referral for "Medical Nutrition Therapy" from their physician (I can coordinate directly with them to obtain).

  • Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is a therapeutic approach to treating medical conditions and their associated symptoms through individually tailored nutrition plans, assessing nutritional status, dietary habits, and health goals to develop a specialized nutrition intervention.

  • My goal is to work hand-in-hand with your other providers wherever possible.

    Clients are often seeking more personalized lifestyle and nutritional guidance for their symptoms and feel they have exhausted what conventional medicine can offer.

  • I practice in:

    I do not practice in:

    Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

  • The frequency of visits depends on your individual goals and needs. Sessions can be as frequent as weekly for a complex condition, or bi-weekly for less complex conditions. Progress and relief of symptoms influences the length of treatment.

    I typically see clients for a minimum of 3 months.

  • At this time, Integrate Nutrition is not in-network with any insurance companies/plans. I can provide Superbills for appointments, which you may self-submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance company to see if this is a possibility, pertinent codes are below. We cannot provide a Superbill without a referral on file from a physician.

  • As a small business, your cooperation with our scheduling policies allows us to provide the best service to all our clients. I understand that life can be unpredictable. With that in mind, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show to a session, you will be charged. With access to Practice Better, you can reschedule, modify appointments easily on your own.

  • Client video calls, chats, and payments are coordinated through Practice Better. Practice Better is fully compliant with HIPAA, PIPEDA, PHIPA, and GDPR regulations and all data is encrypted.

    Payments processed through Practice Better are done in a PCI compliant manner. We process subscription payments via Stripe which is a PCI Level 1 Service Providers. Your credit card data is not stored on Practice Better's servers.

  • Client sessions are coordinated through Practice Better. Practice Better is a cloud-based platform which means you can access all your files on any device from anywhere you have internet access. You can download the Practice Better app for your iPhone/iPad and/or Android.

  • To refer someone, simply direct them to integratenutrition.org to fill out the contact form or schedule a discovery call, I appreciate your referrals
