Ways to Work Together

  • Personalized functional nutrition support

    3-month minimum

This membership is designed for clients who want consistent support, accountability, and a personalized plan that evolves with them.

We’ll look at the full picture: symptoms, health history, labs, nutrition patterns, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we’ll build a practical, evidence-informed curriculum of care that is aligned with your priorities and designed to support meaningful progress.

Behavior change comes from understanding what your body needs, addressing root causes when appropriate, and creating sustainable strategies that fit your life.

  • Focused functional nutrition support with follow-up care

This option is ideal if you want expert guidance without a monthly membership.

We’ll begin with a 60-minute consultation to look at the full picture: symptoms, health history, labs, nutrition patterns, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we’ll identify priorities, clarify what may be driving symptoms, and create clear next steps that feel practical and aligned with your life.

After the initial consultation, 45-minute follow-up sessions are scheduled as needed to monitor progress, review lab or symptom changes, adjust nutrition and supplement strategies, and continue refining your plan over time.
